After Delivery. Completed work conforming to the agreed scope is generally not refundable solely because business results differ from expectations.
Service Problems. If NEXA materially fails to deliver the agreed service, we will review a suitable remedy, including correction, re-performance, or refund where appropriate or legally required.
Unable to Deliver. If we cannot reasonably provide the purchased audit, we will discuss a revised timeline or suitable refund for unperformed work.
Refund Processing. Approved refunds normally return to the original payment method. Payment-provider and bank processing times may vary. This policy does not limit non-waivable legal rights.
Implementation. Separate implementation projects are governed by their individually agreed written project terms.
