What does NEXA Global Hub LLC do?
We provide defined-scope Shopify storefront reviews, conversion optimization and implementation, and e-commerce growth strategy consulting. Each package has a specific deliverable and delivery window.
Which service should I choose?
Choose the $299 Review for an independent assessment and action plan; the $899 Optimization service if you also want up to five agreed changes implemented; or the $1,499 Blueprint for a broader strategic assessment and 90-day plan.
Which package do you recommend?
For an existing Shopify store seeking practical changes as well as analysis, we recommend the $899 Conversion Optimization & Implementation package. The best fit depends on your store and goals.
Are these recurring subscriptions?
No. Each listed price is a one-time fee for the stated project scope, not a recurring subscription.
What is included in the $299 review?
A review of the homepage and navigation, up to five product pages, mobile shopping experience, trust signals, and potential conversion barriers, delivered as a written assessment and prioritized action plan. Implementation is not included.
What is included in the $899 optimization package?
A Shopify customer-journey and conversion review, a prioritized improvement plan, implementation of up to five mutually agreed improvements using existing Shopify theme features and standard tools, and a written completion summary.
What counts as one of the five improvements?
An improvement is one discrete, agreed change, such as revising a product-page section, clarifying navigation labels, or improving a trust-information block. The exact five tasks and their feasibility are confirmed in writing before work begins.
Does the $899 package include custom coding or a full redesign?
No. Custom development, a complete store rebuild, third-party app fees, advertising, and ongoing store management are outside the standard package. Any additional work requires a separate written agreement.
What does the $1,499 Blueprint include?
A customized strategic assessment covering business positioning, customer journey, conversion opportunities, marketing channels and growth priorities, plus an executive recommendations document and prioritized 90-day growth roadmap. It is a strategy deliverable, not 90 days of execution.
How long does delivery take?
The $299 review is estimated at 3–5 business days; the $899 optimization at 7–10 business days; and the $1,499 Blueprint at 10–15 business days. Timing begins once payment, required information, and any necessary access are received. Delays in client responses or approvals may extend the schedule.
What do you need from me after payment?
Email ethan@nexaglobalhub.com with your store URL, business name, goals, and main challenges. We may request relevant screenshots, read-only reports, or limited Shopify collaborator access depending on your package.
Will you need my Shopify password?
No. Never email your Shopify password, payment-card details, recovery codes, or two-factor authentication codes. Where access is needed, we will arrange Shopify collaborator access or another appropriately restricted method.
Can I keep my store live during the work?
Usually yes. For implementation work, we will agree the specific changes and an appropriate review or approval process. Some edits may briefly affect visible storefront elements, so changes should be coordinated.
Do you guarantee sales, conversion rates, or revenue?
No. We provide analysis, recommendations, and agreed services; results depend on factors outside our control, including traffic, products, pricing, competition, and implementation.
Do you run advertising or purchase paid apps?
Not under these three standard packages. Advertising spend, paid tools, app subscriptions, and third-party fees are excluded unless separately agreed in writing.
Do you work with platforms other than Shopify?
These fixed-price services are designed primarily for Shopify merchants. Contact us before purchasing if your store uses another platform so we can confirm suitability.
Can I request a custom project?
Yes. Email us your requirements. Custom projects are scoped and priced separately; the listed payment links cover only the defined packages.
How do I pay?
Select your package and use its secure Stripe-hosted checkout. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout and can vary by location or card.
Will I receive a payment confirmation?
Stripe displays a payment confirmation after successful checkout. Retain your payment confirmation and contact us if you need help identifying your transaction.
Can I cancel or request a refund?
Yes, you can contact us to request cancellation. Eligibility and any deductions depend on whether work has started, the work already performed, and applicable law. Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy below before purchase.
What if I disagree with the work or need a correction?
Email us within seven calendar days of delivery with specific issues tied to the agreed scope. We will review reasonable corrections to factual errors or omissions within the purchased scope; new requests may require a separate quote.
Who owns the materials I provide?
You retain ownership of your store content, brand materials, and data. You authorize us to use them only as reasonably needed to deliver the purchased services, subject to the Privacy Policy and Terms.
Will my store information be kept confidential?
We treat nonpublic client information as confidential and use it to deliver services, subject to necessary service providers, legal obligations, and the limitations explained in our Privacy Policy and Terms.
How do I contact NEXA?
Email ethan@nexaglobalhub.com. Include your business name, store URL, and payment reference if you have already purchased.
Legal and client information
Clear policies before checkout.
These policies describe the three fixed-price consulting services shown above. Effective October 26, 2026. Please review before purchasing.
When you contact us or purchase services, we may receive your name, email, business name, store URL, project details, communications, files, screenshots, reports and information you choose to share. For agreed implementation work, we may access limited store settings or content through permissions you grant.
Payments
Payments are processed on Stripe-hosted checkout pages. Stripe handles payment-card information under its own privacy and security practices. We may receive payment status, transaction identifiers, payer contact details and other information needed to administer your order; we do not ask you to send complete card numbers by email.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, verify purchases, assess and deliver services, communicate about projects, maintain records, prevent misuse, and meet applicable legal and tax obligations. We do not sell client store credentials or business materials.
Sharing and service providers
We may share information with payment processors, website hosting, email, storage and other service providers as necessary for operations, or when legally required. Such providers may process information in other countries, including the United States.
Security and access
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, limit access to what is needed, and recommend Shopify collaborator access rather than password sharing. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
Retention and requests
We retain records for as long as reasonably necessary for service delivery, accounting, legal compliance and dispute handling. You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information by emailing us; some information may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes. Applicable privacy rights depend on your location.
Cookies and external services
Our website platform and embedded third-party services may use essential or analytics cookies depending on configuration. Stripe checkout and linked external websites have separate policies. We will update this notice if additional tracking tools are introduced.
Updates
We may revise this Privacy Policy and publish the updated effective date here. Material changes will apply prospectively as required by law.
Terms of Service
By purchasing a listed service, you agree to these Terms, the applicable checkout description and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, subject to mandatory consumer protections under applicable law.
Service scope
The $299 package provides a written Shopify review and prioritized action plan, without implementation. The $899 package includes a conversion review, prioritized plan and up to five mutually agreed improvements using existing Shopify tools, plus a completion summary. The $1,499 package provides a strategic assessment, executive recommendations and a customized 90-day roadmap, without ongoing execution. Work beyond these scopes requires a separate written agreement.
Project start and delivery
Estimated delivery is 3–5, 7–10 or 10–15 business days respectively, beginning after successful payment and receipt of all reasonably required information and access. Business days exclude weekends and relevant holidays. Estimates may change if materials, access or approvals are delayed, or if unexpected technical constraints arise; we will communicate material delays.
Client responsibilities
You confirm that you are authorized to provide your store information and request changes. You must supply accurate materials, respond to reasonable questions, review agreed changes and maintain appropriate backups and account security. Do not share passwords, two-factor codes or payment credentials by email.
Access and approvals
Implementation work is limited to feasible, mutually agreed changes within the purchased package. We may decline requests that exceed scope, require paid third-party tools, involve security risks or violate platform rules. You remain responsible for your business operations, storefront content, products, pricing and final approvals.
Fees and third-party costs
Listed fees are in USD and charged once through Stripe. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, fees do not include paid apps, themes, advertising, third-party subscriptions, custom coding, legal advice, tax advice or ongoing management. Applicable taxes, if any, will be handled according to checkout and legal requirements.
Corrections and change requests
Report factual errors or omissions relating to the agreed scope within seven calendar days after delivery. We will assess reasonable corrections within scope. Additional revisions, new objectives or expanded implementation may require a separate quote.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
You retain ownership of materials you provide. You grant us a limited right to use them to perform the services. Upon full payment, you may use final client-specific deliverables for your business; our pre-existing templates, methodologies and general know-how remain ours. Each party should protect the other’s nonpublic confidential information, except as necessary for delivery or required by law.
No performance guarantees
We do not guarantee increased sales, revenue, rankings, conversion rates, traffic, platform approval or specific financial outcomes. Recommendations are based on information reasonably available during the project and are not legal, accounting or regulated financial advice.
Liability and governing law
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from services, platform outages or third-party systems. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. These Terms are intended to be governed by Wyoming law, United States, subject to mandatory laws and consumer rights that may apply in a customer’s jurisdiction. Contact us first to seek an informal resolution of disputes.
We aim to make cancellation and refund expectations clear before you purchase a consulting service.
How to request cancellation
Email ethan@nexaglobalhub.com with your business name, purchase email, service purchased, transaction reference and reason for the request. We will acknowledge and review your request.
Before work begins
If you cancel before we have started substantive project work, you may request a full refund of the service fee, subject to applicable law and any nonrefundable third-party charges that were expressly disclosed and authorized in advance. We do not automatically treat payment receipt alone as substantive work.
After work begins
If substantive work has begun, we will review a cancellation request in good faith and may offer a partial refund reflecting the unperformed portion of the agreed scope, taking account of work already completed and documented. We will explain our calculation. Your non-waivable statutory rights remain unaffected.
After delivery
Completed, conforming consulting deliverables are generally not eligible for a discretionary refund solely because business results differ from expectations. If we materially fail to provide the agreed service, contact us promptly so we can investigate and offer an appropriate remedy, which may include correction, re-performance or a refund where required.
Project delays or inability to perform
If we cannot reasonably deliver an agreed service, we will discuss a revised timeline or appropriate refund for undelivered work. If a client does not provide required access or information, we may pause the project and seek a resolution; we will not silently treat an unstarted project as completed.
Refund method and timing
Approved refunds are normally issued to the original payment method through Stripe. Processing and bank posting times vary by payment provider. We will communicate the refund decision and any applicable timing.
Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
